Delivery and Returns

Delivery

All orders within the UK will be sent to you by Royal Mail, by either Recorded Delivery (delivery takes 1-3 working days from the time you receive your despatch confirmation email) or Special Delivery. Deliveries outside the UK will be sent by the means we consider most appropriate with regard to cost and delivery time.

Free delivery is subject to conditions and only applies to orders delivered within the UK.

Delivery charges will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

Special delivery and Recorded delivery require an authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the package. We do not take responsibility for late delivery due to factors outside our control (e.g. postal delays). You will receive an e-mail notification of shipment from us.

The time between receiving your order and us despatching your items will depend on the type of item ordered, with some being hand made specifically for you. The expected delivery time will be shown in the "Delivery" information within the item description. Where an item is required by a specific date this must be made clear at the time of ordering.

Goods ordered for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered by us to the delivery company (Royal Mail for deliveries within the UK or the shipping company for deliveries outside the UK).

All prices are shown in Pound Sterling and include VAT.

Returns and Refunds

Non-personalised orders can be returned (for a refund) within 14 days of receipt but before the wedding date stated on the order form, provided the item and presentation packaging is returned unmarked and undamaged.

Items that are requested to be returned after 14 days are at the discretion of the company and a 10% administration fee will be charged. If an item is ordered in multiples of 3 or more and is returned to us we will charge a 20% order value restocking fee.

Personalised items are not returnable and the fees paid for personalised items are not refundable.

Unfortunately earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned due to Health and Hygiene regulations. The same applies to sets which contain earrings for pierced ears.

Approved returns within the UK must be sent via Royal Mail by Recorded Delivery and the shipping charges must be paid by you. Approved returns outside the UK must be returned via the same method they were sent and the shipping charges must be paid by you. We recommend pre-approved returns are sent in the same packaging in which they were delivered to you.

Refunds for approved returns will be provided to you by cheque or credit card. Postage, packaging, or any other shipping fees are not refundable unless the item is being returned because it is faulty. We offer free delivery on orders above £75, however if an order with a value of £100 or below is being returned to us (and the goods you are keeping are below £75), postage which we originally incurred (£4.95), for orders above £100 (£6.95) will not be refunded.

To return any products to us, please clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items together with your invoice / receipt and send it to the address shown on the Contact Us page of this Site. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
