Olivier Laudus: Extra procedures in place due to COVID-19
A MESSAGE FROM OLIVIER LAUDUS (the owner)
Dear future brides,
In this time of uncertainty we would like to reassure you that at Olivier Laudus we are doing everything we possibly can to keep our staff and customers safe and to help slow the spread of Covid-19.
Our top priority is to keep our customers and our teams safe and well.
We are closely following Government advice and have introduced stringent and rigorous cleaning and hygiene procedures across our warehouse, despatch room and office.
We are currently working with a minimum amount of staff but if any of us develops a fever or is unwell, he/she will be asked to go home.
Our online store is open as usual and we are working from home where possible. Orders are being dispatched as normal, (same working day if ordered before 4pm, and next working day for orders placed after 4pm).
Before any order is packed, staff wash their hands / use the hand sanitiser provided and sanitise work areas.
We are keeping the majority of our stock in our stock room in sealed containers or packaging.
To make things a little easier for our customers, we are extending our returns policy for exchanges or refunds from 14 days to 28 days from the time you receive your order. We are also extending our Free standard delivery to all UK orders, and free delivery over £50 for our international customers. We will be despatching orders with a Royal Mail 2nd class signed for service to eliminate all risks of infection by one of our staff.
