After ordering, if you are unhappy with your order in any way then the items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
Due to the health and hygiene regulation please note that pierced jewellery must be returned in its original sealed packaging. If the seal has been broken, we will simply return the item to you (this applies mainly for earrings which have a hygiene implication).
Items must be returned in their original condition. Please return items with a form of tracking and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
If an item is unsuitable, please follow the process outlined below:
- Complete the returns slip on the reverse of the delivery note enclosed with your order.
- Place the completed Returns Slip in the package along with the item/s you wish to return.
- Return your goods within 14 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging with security tags intact to:

Returns outside the standard 14 day window will only be accepted at our discretion.All returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging provided. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition.
Any returns that are damaged in transit due to being poorly packaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on goods which have been made to order.
Please note that pierced jewellery must be returned in its original sealed packaging.
